1. What can I expect in a typical phone session?

Kristin will call you at the time of your appointment. It begins with a short conversation about what you're hoping to improve or what issues you seek to clear. Kristin will then connect to you energetically - something we like to think of as "human energy wi-fi." Many actually feel the connection. She will then ask your subconscious a series of questions, designed to lead her to the root of the imbalance. As blocks are identified, Kristin will remove them from your energy while replacing them with higher-frequency patterns and emotions. Near the end of the session, Kristin will ensure that all chakras are balanced, and that the process has resulted in a heightened sense of well-being.

2. When will I start seeing results?

My goal is to get immediate results for my clients; to clear your issue and allow you to move on. While that happens frequently for those experiencing physical pain, it sometimes takes additional work to clear more complex and engrained issues.

Once energy blocks are released, they're gone forever, so I am confident that each client will experience benefits. Because of the personal nature of energy work, it isn't always possible for the practitioner to know the full extent of their impact on a client's life, but the responses I that have received have been overwhelmingly positive - sometimes in surprising ways.

4. How do you actually find the blocks and remove them?

Through years of intense study and practice, I have developed the ability to read energy. It's almost like learning a second language. In a session, my questioning of a client's subconscious through our energetic connection systematically leads me to blocked energy. Through emotional intention, I am able to release those blocks and transform the energy to a more positive vibration.

5. Is there any kind of follow-up to our appointment?

Within 24 hours after each session, Kristin will send you an email report, detailing the positive energies installed. Note: The report formerly included all negative energies released, but it became evident that holding on to records of these past events was counterproductive to a client's healing process.

Most single issues take between 1-3 sessions to clear. Remember, the idea isn't to spend your life in sessions. It's to clear the issue and move on to a better life where you're empowered to manage your own energy. However, it is common for clients who have had success in energy work to book additional appointments, so that they can clear other energy blocks as they seek to achieve their goals.

Though energy healing has existed since ancient times, this current practice and methodology of Emotion Code/Body Code was developed by holistic physician Dr. Bradley Nelson in the mid 90s. His bestselling book, "The Emotion Code," became an international success and later, his self-study courses helped energy healing to become widely recognized as an effective and accessible method of healing and improvement. During roughly the same time, the practice of Theta Healing was pioneered and popularized by naturopath Vianna Stibal.
